Custom Order Form

Instruction guide for custom orders:  
**Custom Order Process**  


1. Submit Inquiry form (above) and wait for contact/communication for your custom order!

2. Order Approval:
   - All aspects of the custom order must be approved, including:  
     - **Design** – Ensure the artwork, colors, and placement are finalized.  
     - **Shirt Sizes & Brands** – Confirm the sizes and preferred brand for each shirt.  
     - **Date Needed** – Agree on the deadline for order completion.  
     - **Pick-Up Option** – Choose between in-store pick-up or an alternative arrangement.  

3. Production Timeline:
   - Production will only begin after final approval of all order details.  
   - Changes after approval may result in delays and additional charges.  

4. Payment:
   - Full or partial payment may be required before production starts, depending on the order.  
   - Accepted payment methods will be provided upon confirmation.  

5. Pick-Up/Delivery:
   - Orders must be collected on the agreed date, or a delivery option can be arranged if available.  
   - Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pick-up.  

6. No Cancellations/Refunds:
   - Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.  
   - Please review all details carefully before final approval.
